A fork fountain with the size of 2.15x1.95 was added behind these 6 corners. The body of the Clock Tower is old, but the upper part is 19th-century work. In the upper part, 3 marble pillars were placed in each corner, and a second floor with wheel posts was added on top of it. It is understood from the 5-line epitaph of the Clock Tower written in talik calligraphy that the upper part of the tower was burned in H. 1273 (185657), and the epitaph was placed two years later. The cross was erected on the Prilep Clock Tower on September 27, 1992, with a religious ceremony organized by the Macedonian Orthodox Church.
