It is located 17 km west of the center of the island, in the Lower neighborhood south of the village of Ippio. There were 17 foundations established in the village, which had 2 mosques during the Ottoman period. According to the book, the mosque has an area of 216 m2 and was liquidated for 800 Turkish Gold Liras. After the exchange in 1923, after the Turks left the village, the mosque was left unattended and used as a warehouse for a while. During this period, a chapel was built in front of the mosque's qibla wall as in Çömlek Village. After the 1990s, a floor was added above the mosque, its windows and door were changed and it was turned into a residence. It is still used as a residence today.
